ARCTIC BLAST 2008!
Monday, January 5th, 2009When it started snowing last night, I felt a sinking feeling in my stomach. I was sure that the half-inch accumulation would balloon to four inches overnight, which would shut down the city. Think I’m joking? Think I’m exaggerating? It happened twice in a week in December.
But those world-beating single-digit snowdrifts occasioned much wintertime hilarity. Exhibit A: our neighbors Roberto and Barb took this video of sledding at the local park. If you look closely, that’s me pushing The Darling Wife at about 1:07, and BE SURE TO WATCH FROM 2:45 ON!
